Thousands of damaged buildings were seen as our plane flew over the areas struck by Hurricane Katrina. Most of the news coverage took place in New Orleans and Biloxi; however, from our aerial view, vast areas of widespread damage spread through Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana.
