Ross O'Neal is an instructor of decorative painted techniques. He is formally trained in the French methods of the trade and continues to study different styles. He is the director of Ross O'Neal Artists & Gilders Decorative Studio Inc.
One of my former students called to ask if I wanted to look at a job that was more extensive than she could handle. The next day, the designer called with the address and some information about the job.
