Michael M. Logue is director of the Technical
Services Information Bureau, with offices in Arizona, California and Nevada.
The TSIB is the educational body for many building departments and inspection
agencies in the Southwest. Michael is also the secretary/treasurer for the
Western Conference of Wall and Ceiling Institutes and currently serves on
several committees and chairs, such as ASTM C11.03, ASTM C1063 IECC Special
