Stephanie Parker, president of the South Florida Condo-HOA division at FirstService Residential, North America’s leading property management company, was recently named a 2023 Influential Business Woman by the South Florida Business Journal. Parker was recognized at an awards luncheon on Friday, March 17, at the Signature Grand in Davie, Florida.

According to the SFBJ, the program honors female leaders with a strong record of leadership, performance and innovation in their industry, plus meaningful community involvement. The publication’s advisory panel selected 25 honorees from various industries throughout the region.

“Stephanie’s enthusiasm, drive and gift for strategy has made her a tremendous asset to our company and the property management industry overall,” stated Robert G. Smith, president of FirstService Residential’s South Region. “Stephanie truly embodies this well-deserved recognition.”

Parker oversees operations and growth initiatives for condominium and HOA communities from Miami to Vero Beach and Southwest Florida. She has a robust 20-year background in working with leadership teams to improve operations, execute strategic company initiatives and elevate overall performance. In the last year, Parker facilitated significant growth in her market, exceeding 2022 sales benchmarks at a higher rate than ever before. She’s held multiple leadership roles, including vice president of operations, at the national level.

“I’m honored to be recognized among this esteemed group of female leaders, and I’m personally invested in mentoring other women to rise to the top of this industry,” said Parker, who is also actively involved in many charitable causes.

In the spirit of “making a difference every day,” Parker has personally participated in volunteer efforts benefiting Feeding South Florida and Habitat for Humanity, among others. She also serves as vice chair of the board of directors for Children’s Harbor, a primary provider of child welfare and family support services in Florida.
